An opportunity for the participating artists, mostly from Campania, to show their work to a large audience. As part of Art Basel Miami Beach, an event will be promoted on December 7 to publicize the exhibition entrusted to Oscar A. Fuentes of the Downtown Miami Library.

The exhibition Un Eco per tutti born from an idea by Clorinda Irace and Tony Stefanucci will also be presented in Miami in the layout designed by Alexandra Abbate and curated by Oscar A. Fuentes. On display are 63 bookmark sketches, measuring 10x30 cm, inspired by the life and work of Umberto Eco and created by artists and writers.

With public and critical success, the exhibition was on display in: Naples (16 June – 29 August 2016) at the Archaeological Museum of Naples, Pescara (26 November 2016 – 07 January 2017) at the Vittoria Museum of Modern Art Colonna, Naples (01 February – 24 February 2017) at the Istituto Comprensivo Campo del Moricino and finally Agropoli (01 – 30 April 2017) at the Palazzo Civico delle Arti. Clorinda Irace, creator of the exhibition, states: “A cultural event starts from Naples and its creativity which, with different artistic languages, promotes not the commemoration but the re-presentation of Umberto Eco. All those involved loved Eco's texts and with this exhibition we hope to spread knowledge of them also among the new generations." On display are 63 artists and writers who have created a bookmark referring to Umberto's works, personality and studies Eco, in some cases artists and writers have worked together. With different techniques, various styles and a bold imagination, the authors worked in a small format (10x30 cm measure the sketches of the bookmarks on display) but with the skill and care that they would have dedicated to a large work. From sculpture to photography, from portrait to geometry, from figurative to abstract, from graphics to collage and poetic and literary notes, there are many suggestions offered by the works on display, all attributable to the work of Eco who with his work has marked strongly the short century
